The event happened on Sunday night, and Bitu Gogoi, 34, was the male involved. According to a police officer, Gogoi went to a local movie theater on Sunday night to watch the game live along with a few of his friends.
Gogoi, however, unexpectedly lost consciousness and collapsed during the game. His buddies hurried him to the hospital right away, where the physicians pronounced him dead. Doctors claim that Gogoi’s heart collapse was caused by the excessive noise pollution that the cricket match caused in the theater.
An autopsy has been requested for the body. Police from Sivsagar have launched an investigation into the incident in the interim. According to his relatives, Gogoi was in good health and didn’t have any ailments.
